Title: Membership and Marketing Coordinator

Reports to Executive Director

Responsibilities:

–              Update/maintain membership database/identify and invite members to the events, providing staff support as needed

–              Communicate with members/attendees regarding their attendance/other relevant matters including drafting letters

–              Assist with member events including registration set-up/wrap-up/other related logistics

–              Assist with planning and execution of events

–              Maintain/update Chamber website & social media pages

–              Implement marketing and advertising campaigns by updating/creating event flyers & other marketing materials

–              Update the contents of monthly newsletter/event eblasts

–              Data-entry of accounting software including QBOOKS

–              Perform other related duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

–              Excellent Writing/Communication Skills

–              Analytical/organized/thorough

–              1-2 years of experience in communications, public relations, or customer service fields in membership organizations or community outreach preferred.

–              Experience with WordPress, Facebook for business, Adobe creative tools (Premiere Pro, InDesign and Photoshop), and Constant Contact or other related

marketing websites

–              Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook

–              Ability to work independently

–              Friendly/adaptable/customer-oriented
